Refund Policy

Can I edit/change my order?

We work diligently to process all incoming orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can only edit your order prior to it being fulfilled. Once you receive tracking info via email, it is no longer possible to edit your order. 

We do not pay for return shipping!

Can I return or exchange an item?

Before issuing a refund or return request, we must receive a video of the product in fact being defective or damaged. Please understand that this is strict company policy and it's important to look after our business, as well as our customers.

If you wish to exchange or return an item we ask that you contact us via live chat so we may assist with your inquiry. We ask that you please contact us no later than 7 days from receiving your package. Due to the intimate nature of our products and inability to resell products that have touched another human’s skin, restocking fees may apply.

Our return policy is:

  • 30 days for return if the product is unopened and 50% reimbursement if the product is opened.
  • 7 days return policy if the package is damaged (but in certain conditions only)

All of our LitPads™ products are currently in stock and shipped from United States.

Standard U.S. Shipping (2-5 business days)

Your order will take between 2-5 business days to arrive at your door once your order is shipped if you live in the USA.

You will receive tracking information of your package by email within 1 business day.

International Orders (7-10 business days)

All International orders will be shipped via USPS International depending on your location. Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.

You will receive tracking information of your package by email within 1 business day.

Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s custom restrictions.
